Fantastic service

Fantastic service - posted a request for an initial quote and they came back to me very quickly. The woman on the phone (Sally i think), was extremely open, honest & helpful. That played a big part in the decision to go with Houzecheck. The survey itself was done in a timely manner & Richard was very transparent and gave a intro call prior to the survey to ask for any specific areas of concern on my part. Solid service from start to finish!

Very thorough/excellent after-service

Very thorough, highlighting quite major issues that I was unaware of e.g. foam insulation in roof, shoddy workmanship. My surveyor then talked through and clarified his findings both on the day of the survey and again after I received/read through the survey. Exceedingly helpful! My seller has agreed to rectify issues arising prior to sale so this survey proved to be an investment.

I have now used Houzecheck four times (as house sale has been delayed!) and have always been a slick and professional team to deal with. They were able to send out a RICS Surveyor within a couple of days on two occasions, with the report provided within 24hours of the visit. On extensions, on both occasions they've been able to supply within 24 hours, and all for a very reasonable price. A huge thank you for making at least this part of the move easy!

Really impressed

Really impressed with the simple and quick delivery of a quote and then our booking. Booked a level 2 homebuyers and it was completed within 3 working days. The report was received the same day and conducted by a RICS surveyor with long term experience. The report was detailed and very useful with our purchase going forward. Would highly recommend Houzecheck. The price was very competitive against other local companies, some of which were over £200 more! Great communication and paperwork all by email and telephone.

Fantastic service. Able to book survey for a few days ahead and received a full report the same day. The surveyor called us in advance to see if we had any specific concerns.

Prompt, professional and courteous service

My details were taken and I got a call very swiftly with how to proceed. After the cost was agreed and payment details sorted my request was sent to local surveyors and I was contacted to agree a time and they arranged with the estate agent as I live away from the area . The survey was done promptly and I received a comprehensive report next day including photos . Would definitely recommend

Houzecheck is a fantastic company. They are very friendly and knowledgeable in what they do. I was talked through the process of what I needed and found them extremely helpful. A bit expensive but worth the peace of mind knowing that your going to get the right survey done on your future home. Houzecheck gets full marks!

Houzecheck has been great with our Level 1 RICS Valuation Survey on our Help to Buy sale of our apartment. Kept us updated and arrived within 2 days of the enquiry, the report was also returned within a further 2 days. They were so good in fact were going to use them for our onward purchase Level 2 Survey. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - super friendly team and top comms! Thanks again

From start to finish great service

From booking to receiving the survey report everything went very smoothly. Kept up to date with any changes . Report issued the next day . Very comprehensive and informative. Surveyor called to go over the report and discuss any questions which was very helpful .

Excellent service

Excellent service. Very quick to respond and provide a quote - well priced as we got a few different quotes to compare. Survey report came through in a few days. Particular thanks to Sally, who was extremely efficient in responding to us and adding some of our specific requests for the surveyor to check e.g. garage and an internal wall that we knew had been knocked through. Purchasing a house can be stressful but our experience with this company has been great and easy - thanks again.
